Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash/ Cheque on delivery & E-Invoice.
What if the fruits are damaged?
We will have them replaced at no extra charge.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within mainland Singapore & Sentosa island.
What are the delivery charges?
We charge a small fee of $5 per delivery for orders below $75.
What is the minimum purchase for delivery?
Our minimum purchase for each delivery is a low $50.
How fresh are the fruits?
We personally select the freshest fruits from our suppliers everyday. In addition, our fruits are stored in chiller rooms to ensure that they remain fresh. Therefore, you can be assured that the fruits delivered to your doorstep are of the finest quality.
What are your delivery timings?
For orders before 5pm, the delivery will be made on the next day. You can choose one of the following time slots for delivery:
9am – 1pm
1pm – 5pm
5pm - 9pm
What are your delivery days?
We deliver from Monday - Saturday (Closed on Sunday). Orders on Sunday will be delivered on Saturday/Monday
How do I go about if my office wants to have a daily supply of fresh fruits?
You can email us at email@example.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
What if I have two locations for delivery?
We charge $5 extra for each additional location. (For orders below $150.00)
What if I have changes to my order?
You can contact us via email or Ben @9728 8369 three hours before the scheduled delivery to have your order changed. Please state your name, contact number, address & the changes.
Why are the fruits that I want available yesterday but is nowhere to be found today?
We only serve the freshest fruits to you. Fruits are seasonal & it may not be available/at its best for the whole year. We only hand-pick the fruits that are at their best!
Why is there a difference in price for the same fruits ordered on different days?
Due to market fluctuation, prices may vary. But need not worry, we will provide you with the best competitive pricing DAILY!
